
Banana Bliss Bites
These banana bliss bites are the perfect pick-me-up without baking. Whip them up in 10 minutes for an easy lunch box snack the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups oats
- 120g almonds
- 150g dates
- 1 banana (120-130g)
- 2 tsp Spicetub banana bread mix
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place the almonds in a food processor and blitz for a minute.
- Add the oats, dates, banana, vanilla extract, and banana bread spice. Blend until everything is completely combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and blend for 30 seconds to combine without breaking them up.
- Using damp hands, roll into 20 even-sized balls.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up. Enjoy!
Hints & Tips
- To make these treats gluten-free, simply swap the oats for ½ cup extra nuts (1.5 cups of nuts in total) and ½ cup shredded coconut.
- If your dates are very hard, soak them for 5 minutes in boiling water, then drain before adding to the rest of the ingredients.
- Almonds can be replaced with other nuts you have on hand—walnuts or pecans are good substitutions.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. They will freeze for up to 3 months.
